Do ...I am intrigued by your close reading lessons. Do you read the passages to the class and help them to underline the vocabulary words? How many reads do you do? These seem like such challenging passages for kindergartners, yet I know the CCSS call for rigor and for close readings. I have been looking for a way to add this to my instruction without my kinders "checking out" due to difficulty.
